Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you nominate, take physical possession of the last item in your order.

Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we're informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you supply proof of return. You must send back the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
